The most common questions about placing an order, order confirmation and payment.

I haven’t received my order confirmation. Where can I find it?

Order confirmations are sent automatically to the e-mail address entered during checkout. Please check your Spam / Promotions folder. If you still cannot find the e-mail, contact us and we will look up your order.

Was my payment successful?

After a successful payment, you will usually receive a confirmation e-mail. If you are unsure about your order status, contact us and we will verify the payment.

Can I order goods and return them if they do not fit?

Yes, unused goods can be returned within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason.

Can I add more items to an already placed order?

No, an order cannot be modified after it has been placed. If you would like to add another item, please create a new order.

How can I cancel my order?

If the order has not yet been shipped, contact us as soon as possible. If it is already on its way, please do not accept the parcel – once it is returned to us, we will cancel the order.

Can I change my billing or delivery details after placing an order?

If the order has not yet been handed over to the carrier, contact us as soon as possible. We will try to adjust the details according to the current order status.

When will I receive a refund for returned goods?

We refund the money no later than 14 days after withdrawal from the purchase contract, usually sooner after checking the returned goods.

Is it possible to exchange goods from Slovakia?

Yes, exchanges are possible. Please contact us by e-mail to arrange the process. More information can be found in the exchanges, returns and claims section.

How do I make a claim?

Fill in the claim form or contact us by e-mail. Please describe the defect, include your order number and ideally attach photos. We will then advise you on the next steps.

Can I return used or damaged goods?

Returned goods should be unused, clean and preferably in the original packaging. If the goods are used or damaged, the refunded amount may be reduced according to their condition.

How long does delivery take?

Goods in stock are dispatched within 24 hours on business days. After dispatch, carriers usually deliver throughout the Czech Republic on the next business day.

How long does delivery to Slovakia take?

Delivery to Slovakia usually takes 2–5 business days, depending on the selected carrier.

How can I track my shipment?

After your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail with delivery information. If you have not received a tracking link, contact us and we will check the shipment status.
