The Bauer Vapor FLYLITE Intermediate is designed to respond naturally to every movement of the goalie’s hand. Its enlarged board helps cover more space, while flexible fingers, a mobile thumb and a roomier cuff support a confident grip and quick blocker positioning.

The board offers more surface area than its predecessor while retaining the mobile Vapor feel. This helps convert quick reflex movements into greater net coverage.

Natural stick grip
The Free-Flex thumb and hinged HingeFlex finger guard provide the freedom needed to hold the stick according to personal preference while maintaining hand coverage.

Rigid CURV® construction
The maximum-size board and reinforced side plate use CURV® composite to provide structural strength in key areas.

Improved wrist mobility
The redesigned large-volume cuff has a greater circumference than previous Vapor constructions, creating more room for wrist movement and stick handling.

Adjustable finger positioning
The ERGO Fit backhand includes an adjustable finger connection, allowing the internal fit to be adapted more closely to the goaltender’s preference.

CURV® Composite

CURV® composite reinforces both the main blocker board and side protection. Its rigid construction helps the protective surfaces retain their shape and supports active puck redirection.

HingeFlex and DEFENSE CLOUD TECH

The hinged HingeFlex guard moves with the fingers, while DEFENSE CLOUD TECH foam adds coverage around them. A Free-Flex thumb completes the system with the mobility needed for natural stick manipulation.

DURACONNEKT and CONNEKT+

The 14.5" DURACONNEKT palm is designed for a secure connection to the stick and durability during regular use. The CONNEKT+ liner with a stretch knuckle supports comfortable finger movement.

AEROLITE cuff

The large-volume cuff uses lightweight AEROLITE reinforcement. Its more open construction helps increase range of motion without adding unnecessary bulk around the wrist.
