CCM Goalie Skates Tacks XR70 are made for modern goaltenders who need strong support, efficient energy transfer and control during fast crease movements. The construction uses CORE technology for a closer-to-the-foot fit and explosive movement support. With a goalie-specific toe cap, comfortable internal padding, Speedblade XS holder and Blacksteel runners, these skates offer a practical combination of protection, comfort and performance.
CORE technology
CORE technology helps create a closer fit around the foot and more efficient energy transfer. This helps each push translate into movement during crease work.
Goalie-specific toe cap
The goalie-specific toe cap is designed for the needs of goaltenders. It helps protect against impacts, shots and contact that are common in the crease.
Totaldri Pro liner
The Totaldri Pro liner helps manage moisture during play. This keeps the foot environment more comfortable during longer sessions.
ADPT Memory Foam
ADPT Memory Foam supports a comfortable and secure wrap around the foot. It helps improve comfort and stability inside the skate.
Speedblade XS holder
The Speedblade XS holder allows fast steel changes. This is practical for service, damaged steel or preparing the skates for continued performance.
Blacksteel goalie runner
The premium Blacksteel goalie runner features a corrosion-resistant coating. It supports glide, durability and a profile designed for an aggressive goalie stance.
CORE technology forms the foundation of the skate construction. It helps create close foot contact and supports efficient energy transfer, which matters during quick lateral pushes, recoveries and reactions in the crease.
The goalie-specific toe cap is built around the demands of the goalie position. It helps protect against shots, impacts and contact with the puck or opposing players.
The Totaldri Pro liner wicks moisture away from the foot and helps keep the inside of the skate drier. This contributes to better comfort during practices and games.
ADPT Memory Foam adapts around the foot area and supports a more secure fit inside the skate. In practice, it helps reduce unwanted foot movement and improves the feeling of stability.
The ribbed central channel helps create a more secure internal foot position. It supports stability during goalie movements and direction changes.
The CCM PRO Pulse footbed enhances stability, comfort and on-ice feel. It helps the goaltender better sense foot position and transfer energy into movement.
The Speedblade XS holder allows quick and practical steel replacement. This is useful for goaltenders and skate technicians during maintenance or when fast steel changes are needed during the season.
The Blacksteel goalie runner is a premium goalie blade with a corrosion-resistant coating. It is designed for strong glide, durability and support for an aggressive goalie stance.
CCM XR70 JR is intended for junior goaltenders looking for stable and performance-focused skates for modern goaltending. They are suitable for goalies who need quick crease movement, strong support, toe protection and confident ice contact in demanding game situations.
