Sherwood Rekker Cut Compression L/S Top SR

The Sherwood Rekker Cut Compression L/S Top SR combines a performance base layer with protection in areas exposed to possible skate-blade contact. Its anatomical fit, flexible fabric and ventilated panels support comfort and mobility underneath hockey equipment.

Key features

Forearm and wrist protection
Reinforced fibres provide an additional layer of cut resistance in exposed areas. The construction is not designed to provide impact protection.

ANSI A4 cut resistance
The protective zones offer a verified ANSI A4 level of cut resistance.

Anatomical compression fit
The close-fitting construction follows the body and limits excess material underneath protective equipment.

Moisture management and ventilation
The performance fabric helps wick sweat away, while mesh panels support airflow.

Silicone grip
A gel Sherwood logo on the lower back helps prevent the shirt from riding up during movement.

Technology and construction

Fabric and four-way stretch

The shirt is made from a blend of 85% polyester and 15% spandex. Four-way stretch allows the material to follow the natural movement of the arms and torso.

Cut-resistant zones

The forearms and wrists use thicker fibres rated to ANSI A4. Their strategic placement adds a protective layer to areas that may be exposed to skate-blade contact.

Raglan sleeves and flatlock seams

The raglan sleeves extend from the underarm to the collar, providing room for natural shoulder movement. Low-profile flatlock seams reduce bulk and help prevent uncomfortable chafing.

Ventilated panels

Mesh fabric underneath the arms and across the back helps release excess heat. The shirt also features antibacterial performance, a writable name and number label, and a locker-room hanging hook.

Who this product is for

Designed for adult hockey players looking for a compression base layer with additional cut-resistant protection around the forearms and wrists.
